ordered many times, only 2 issues and they took care of it.....

I Can’t contact them for some reason.

I Placed and order, my card was immediately debited as is the usual case, Despite many attempts with online support and many emails assuring me they are escalating the matter to management....I am still awaiting their promised refund for an order that was never delivered. ...support@***y...offers an automated response that says they will get back to me...this is not true!I have today sent another few emails and wonder if they will indeed offer the service they promise in their website...quick to take money...very slow to refund?Thank you for contacting us via our helpdesk. Give drugs rhat do not have quality and cause more problems then they solve, terrible staff worker

All of the avenues that BM provided me with did not work, the companies who supposedly had authorization to accept cash from me were either disconnected or no longer worked with BM Pharmacy. Their customer service representatives had no idea what to tell me so finally I was advised to wire transfer the money which had a cost of over $85.00 and had to go through 3 banks and have charges from each bank.

Finally BM provided me with a New York bank which seemed great.My bank was going to charge me $25.00 which was fine but then found out the charge would still be $85. I complained about the lack of good customer service and business efficiency and they offered to refund my $85.00 but then said I would be banned from future orders as I was too much trouble for them. This company has great prices but they are not able to process orders efficiently. At this point, after 45 days, my account says shipped but since BM is ignoring my emails I have no idea whether I am getting my money back or the drugs.

I never asked them to refund the $85.00, I just told them about it since they asked me what the charge for the final wire transfer was. In addition, after they did receive the money in cash BM said it would take 3 weeks for them to even find out if I had paid which is ridiculous.

My bank sent them a copy of the wire transfer which they did not even process so I had to send customer service proof of payment then management told me that they had no record of that proof of payment. After all this outrageous behavior I was banned.

After ordering from BM Pharmacy and waiting over two months with many calls to them, I received my credit card bill and it had three fraudulent charges on it for quite a bit of money. There is no place else they could have ripped off my number.

Bm refused to ship order #236 244 and now raised the price from $150 to $258 for the same 20 mg of tadalafil #200 bull *** I do not nee 100 wrods to telll you how they screwed me. and then they have this web site so you know that they have troubles with their customre and I will tell others of my bad expericnce with BM which stands for "Bull Manure"add more owrds to make you happy. we need national health insuracne like canada and japen where the japanese people live average 5 yeaars longer that people in the united state.

Those people have very limited payment options provided. My Visa debit card is declined every time I try.

Plus, they very slow with processing of the payment - last timeI sent them USPS money order - they were "cashing" it about 5 days. This time I went to pay via ZipZap machine 2 days ago, still waiting for confirmation, which should be almost instant. Trying to call during business hours - no one answers.

Online chat - automatic greating and no word after it. Wasted a lot of time waiting for response.

No complaints regarding shipping though, quite decent for international package, except annoying customs delays.

I have ordered from BM many times. It does take about 2 weeks, and only once had a problem.

The problem was not them, but someone in the post office opened my package and took half out. I could see the seal had been tampered with. I contacted them, and sent a picture. they replaced what was missing.

And I have never had phone calls from them. I do however get way to many calls from canadian pharmacy... NOT BM.

I will continue to do business with BM until they do anything like I have read from others. I have never had any credit card issues either.

Well I thought I'd write to help someone else out. I used to use 4RX.com, but they haven't been accepting credit cards.

I needed another place to order product. I read reviews and decided to give BMPharmacy.com a try. On June 17, 2013 I placed and order for Sildenafil 100mg + Dapoxetine 60mg - 100's, and Tadalafil 20mg + Dapoxetine 60mg. I got a 10% coupon from searching the internet.

My advise is to do your research 1st if you're ordering drugs. Customer service won't give much information or advice about what to order!! What was totally surprising is that I paid for the EMS tracking and expedited delivery. I was shocked to see the product arrive on June 24, 2013.

Yes, it came in 7 calendar days! So at this point, I'm ordering from BMPharmacy.com as long as they keep this level of service.

tengo descontado en mi cuenta un valor de 61,11€ de una compra en internet con las cifras +442031****27wi, que solo puede ser de esa empresa pues es la única compra que tengo hecha en internet y esa empresa me diz que no cobro mi pedido, entonces quien cobro? deberia haber recebido ese pedido en 21/02/2013 y nada que tengo de hacer.

Espero una respuesta conclusiva y mi pedido entregue con la maxima urgencia, pues yo esperaba poder contar con la honestidad de esa empresa pero ya lo esto viendo que no se puede hacer confianza, me siento defraudado, agradezco que me informen de lo sucedido. Gracias

I have been using BM Pharmacy for several years now. They have always delivered as promised.

Their products do come from India, which is a good thing. Do you know how many great doctors are in the U.S. who come from India? Do you also know how many illnesses and diseases there are in India.

Their products are very good. I order, mostly, the same antibiotics needed for recurring infections that my doctor in the U.S. prescribes to me and for much cheaper. They always work which is why I know they are not fake.

They come blister-packed. I'll tell you what is a scam--the exhorbitant pharmacy prices in the U.S.!! That is what is a scam!!! Along with the pharmacy companies in the U.S.

who try to scare Americans into thinking they will not get the right stuff.

I have been most pleased with BM Pharmacy and a few others out there.

I have placed several orders with BM Pharmacy in Houston Texas..

They shipped direct from the generic drug manufacturer in India.

They have communicated with me about the order in a timely manner.

They have online chat.

They have an 800 number.

I have communicated with them via email and was satisfied with their response.

They have shipped on time and the billing was correct.

They notified me via email what the billing would look like on my credit card statement.

I have never been over billed or billed more than once.

I will continue to order from them.
